Type: Mechanical Shear-Bolt Cable Lug / Torque Terminal (BLMT Series)
Features: Engineered from high-strength, tin-plated aluminium alloy with robust brass or aluminium alloy shear bolts. Eliminates the need for specialized hydraulic crimping tools or extensive operator training—installation requires only a standard socket wrench or spanner. The torque-controlled shear-off bolts ensure optimal contact pressure and electrical performance across a wide cross-sectional range. Designed with a moisture-blocking solid palm and pre-loaded with jointing compound to eliminate oxidation.
Applications: Suitable for medium-voltage electrical installations, connecting copper, aluminium, or aluminium-alloy power conductors directly to aluminium equipment terminals and busbar interfaces.
