Features: Built with a high-purity electrical aluminium barrel (≥99.5%) enclosed in a heavy-duty, weather- and UV-resistant insulating body. Fitted with elastomeric sealing caps and pre-filled with high-grade silicone grease to deliver outstanding water tightness (dielectrically tested under water at 6 kV for 1 minute). Clear markings on the sheath explicitly state required crimp dies, compression sequence and frequency, conductor cross-sectional area, and jacket stripping length (cable stripping required prior to wire insertion).
Applications: Designed specifically for splicing phase conductors in low-voltage aerial bundled cable (LV-ABC) systems configured with a neutral messenger.
