Top-Core Oil-Filled Current Transformers (25–170kV )

Property Specification

Type: High-Voltage Oil-Filled Top-Core Current Transformer (25 kV to 170 kV)

Features: Custom-engineered for outdoor substation deployment, this instrument transformer utilizes a top-core housing construction filled with insulating oil across voltage ratings from 25 kV to 170 kV. It can house up to three discrete cores within various head dome configurations to satisfy diverse metering and protective relaying specifications. with composite silicone rubber options available. Complete hermetic sealing is maintained via an upper gas cushion that isolates the oil from humid atmospheric exposure.

Applications: Tariff and utility revenue measurement, protective relaying for power system protection, and network power flow monitoring, telemetry, and supervisory control.
