COOLING
Transformer cooling is provided with removable radiator panels.
Depending on the transformer design, different cooling methods are used according to customer requirements.
The most common cooling methods are ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, ODFA, OFWF and OWD.
Customer requirements are taken into consideration.
WINDINGS
Copper or aluminium conductors are used for windings.
Paper-covered flat wires and CTC conductors are commonly used.
Windings are manufactured according to transformer power ratings and voltage levels.
CORE
Core production is completely carried out using Autodesk Inventor software.
With 2D and 3D CAD designs, assembly, design and production processes are optimized.
Core sheets are manufactured from high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel.
All core parts are carefully assembled and tested according to customer requirements.
TANK
Tanks are manufactured using low-loss steel materials in modern production facilities equipped with advanced machinery.
Transformer tanks are designed according to international standards.
OFF-CIRCUIT TAP CHANGER
The off-circuit tap changer allows transformer output voltage adjustment when the transformer is disconnected from the power supply.
It is manually operated and provides voltage adjustment according to customer requirements.
ON-LOAD TAP CHANGER
The on-load tap changer allows output voltage adjustment while the transformer is energized and under load.
It automatically adjusts voltage levels without interrupting transformer operation.
BUCHHOLZ RELAY
Used in oil-immersed transformers, the Buchholz relay is a protection device that detects gas formation or oil level changes caused by internal transformer faults.
It transfers warning and trip signals to the control system.
SILICAGEL BREATHER
Used in oil-immersed transformers, the silica gel breather prevents moisture and humidity from entering the transformer oil tank.
It protects the insulating oil by filtering moisture from the air entering and leaving the tank.
MAGNETIC OIL LEVEL INDICATORS
These are accessories used for monitoring oil levels in oil-immersed transformers.
They are available with both contact and non-contact versions.
PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
In case internal pressure exceeds the specified safety level, the pressure relief valve releases excess pressure to protect the transformer tank.
OIL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR
The oil temperature indicator monitors transformer oil temperature.
It provides alarms when temperature exceeds preset limits and can transmit signals to the control system according to customer requirements.
