The entire core and coil assembly is cast into hydrophobic cycloaliphatic epoxy resin (HCEP) through automated pressure gelation processes, providing superior mechanical strength and outstanding resistance to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and surface tracking. Its water-repellent outer surface ensures stable dielectric performance in rain, fog, and high-humidity conditions. Standard models feature a single secondary winding for metering, with dual-winding configurations available; accessible grounding terminals are provided for safe operation.

Applications: Outdoor medium voltage distribution systems up to 40.5 kV, phase-to-phase voltage measurement, open-delta/V-connected phase monitoring, outdoor utility switching yards, and power metering in harsh, high-humidity environments.
