Type: Forged Copper-Aluminium Bi-Metallic Cable Lug (DTL-5 Series)
Features: Produced via a solid friction-welding process uniting high-conductivity forged copper (≥99.9%) and electrical-grade aluminium (≥ 99.5%). Integrates an oil-barrier design and comes pre-filled with jointing compound to eliminate contact resistance and guard against oxidation or oil leakage.
Applications: Engineered for medium-voltage transition connections between aluminium or aluminium-alloy conductors (including Aerial Bundled Cables / ABC) and copper equipment terminals such as transformers, switchgear, and substation apparatus.
